Emergency Services
We provide 24/7 coverage of obstetric and gynaecology emergencies, with a minimum of two doctors physically present in the hospital at any given time, backed up by a 4-tier escalation system, full-time anaesthesiology back-up, round-the clock access to the operation theatre and emergency laboratory and radiology investigations, including ultrasonography and CT scan.
Obstetrics
We offer protocol-based antenatal care, with planned screening for obstetrical problems. A 6-bed delivery room, staffed round-the-clock by doctors and experienced nursing and paramedical staff, is equipped with multimodality foetal monitors, ultrasound facilities and facilities for instrumental deliveries. In addition, we offer painless labour, using epidural analgaesia. We are backed up by a level II Neonatal Intensive care unit.
Gynaecology
We offer conservative as well as operative management of gynaecological diseases, including non-descent vaginal hysterectomies, stress incontinence and radical surgeries.
Endoscopy
We offer laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. Emergency and routine laparoscopic surgeries, including total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) and surgery for endometriosis are available. We are equipped with a complete range of laparoscopic instruments, including a harmonic scalpel and bipolar endosealing device.
Assisted Reproduction
Our reproductive assistance service offers outpatient as well as inpatient care. We undertake counselling, diagnostic procedures as well as assisted reproduction, including IUI. Our infertility lab is equipped with a laminar flow hood, centrifuge and cryopreservation.
Oncological Screening
Cervical cancer screening with the aid of cervical cytology and colposcopy is part of our well-woman programme. We also follow up patients at risk for endometrial, breast and ovarian malignancies.
Training For DNB
We accept 3 candidates every year, offering a 3-year residency towards the degree of Diplomate of the National Board, which is recognised by the Government of India as being at par with MD/MS.
