Greetings from TATA MOTORS HOSPITAL

This year is the 50th Year of Tata Motors Hospital which was established in 1968, with an aim of providing service to people, charity, and excellence through education. It mainly caters to Tata motors employees and their families, its subsidiary companies and general population of Jamshedpur and nearby areas. This is a 404 bedded multispecialty ISO certified, NABL accredited teaching hospital offering excellent care at very affordable price. The main motto of the institute is care, concern and commitment to the patient. This hospital provides dedicated patient care with empathy and continuous endeavours to improve its services on a constant.

We have team of good surgeons and physicians who work cohesively and in a coordinated manner and do not hesitate to go beyond their routine for giving the best care to our patients. We have state of art diagnostic facilities in pathology and radiology for accurate diagnosis. The hospital has well equipped ICU facilities, Level-II NICU/PICU, for critical patients. The efforts of our doctors are well supported by excellent nursing care given by well trained nurses and para medical workers who work with tireless dedication to give best supportive treatment to the patient. Over the years we have earned a reputation that any patient who comes to us gets quality care at affordable cost. We have also earned a reputation for our very high standard of ethical practice. The whole team of doctors strive hard by constantly acquiring newer knowledge, skills and upgrade themselves to keep pace with what is new in the field.

This is also a DNB teaching hospital. We are running DNB programs in 7 of our specialties viz. Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Obst. & Gynae., Anaesthesia, ENT and Orthopaedics since, June 1995. When it comes to post graduate training of a Doctor, it is necessary to select the hospital which has a good number of patients, good infrastructure and excellent Faculty who are dedicated for the purpose. We are committed to be a center of excellence both in the practice of medicine and medical training. We run our teaching programs in a way which can easily permeate into young budding brains. We prepare our enthusiastic and talented young trainee doctors to play a key role at the forefront of their chosen profession. This hospital has all the modern equipments and infrastructure for providing quality service to our patients .Students trained by us have almost 100% success rate since last seven years. Many of of our students are doing Superspeciality training in premier institutions of the country and abroad.
